Working with one of the top clients this role calls for an IT Sales Executive – (SaaS/ EMR And Omnichannel Applications). The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts, particularly in the area of SaaS. This role involves travel to customer sites and trade shows across Canada and the US; therefore the successful candidate must be able to travel internationally freely and without any restrictions.

Responsibilities:

  • SaaS sales of our Retail, EMR and Omnichannel applications in Canada and the US
  • Partner sales channel management
  • Create Sales quotes for all customers and prospects
  • Record all sales-related customer interactions in Salesforce (opportunities, visits, etc)
  • Manage the sales pipeline, providing monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Plan and organize sales trips to the customer base every 4 – 6 weeks
  • Manage existing customer accounts (specifically large customers), understand their issues and proactively monitor and escalate them to the development team
  • Attend tradeshows across North America
  • Maintain all sales templates and marketing collateral
  • Liaise with Operations and Development teams to ensure successful deliveries

Desired Skill Set:

  • An IT-related degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in SaaS sales in North America
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • IT-related experience with troubleshooting and recording customer issues
  • A proven ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and take ownership of tasks

Nice To Have:

  • Previous experience in optical product sales
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
