Jr. Project Manager – Learning & Development / Employee Onboarding

Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Jr. Project Manager – Learning & Development / Employee Onboarding who will coordinate learning initiatives, support program design and development, and engage stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers, and a drive to ensure learning programs align with business goals.
Responsibilities:

Project Management

Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors.

Program Design & Development
-
Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.

Align program design with learner needs and organizational objectives through solution-based thinking.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured assessment processes.

Apply problem-solving and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective coordination and communication.

Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
Desired Skill Set:

1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development or employee onboarding initiatives.

Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Experience collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and understanding department culture.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to create surveys, report on data, and analyze program effectiveness.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience in program design and development or tools such as Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia.

Quality assurance experience in learning programs.

Previous banking or financial services experience.
