Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Junior Recruiter – High-Volume Hiring and offers an exciting opportunity to support dynamic and fast-paced recruiting projects within administrative, customer service, and IT Help Desk functions. In this position, you will be instrumental in executing large-scale recruiting strategies, sourcing substantial candidate pools, screening applicants efficiently, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client needs. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a streamlined hiring process while engaging with candidates at scale to build a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Effectively screen large volumes of candidates against role requirements within tight deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for repetitive and similar roles such as administrative, customer service, and IT Help Desk positions.
- Reach out to new applicants and re-engage past candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing and recurring hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screens, engage candidates professionally, and assess their suitability.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters to support bulk hiring initiatives and share candidate insights.
- Log candidate information, communications, and notes accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare candidate summaries and resumes for submission to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding role details, expectations, and next steps.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate preparation for seamless interview experiences.
- Maintain activity and performance metrics according to the ATS dashboard.
- Promote the company culture and client values as a representative of BeachHead.
Desired Skill-Set
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume, bulk, or repetitive hiring environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for administrative, customer service, call center, or IT Help Desk roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with job boards, resume databases, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to follow structured recruitment processes while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume call center hiring or within the banking sector.
