Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Learning & Development Project Coordinator and offers an exciting opportunity to support large-scale HR development programs through data-driven insights and operational excellence. In this position, you'll play a crucial part in deploying and managing complex learning solutions, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Learning Solution Architect to execute major HR Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring smooth deployment of large-scale programs.
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using PowerPoint, translating complex findings into clear, executive-level insights.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of program kick-offs, vendor onboarding, and lifecycle management of learning initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders by organizing meetings, documenting action items, and following up on key deliverables.
- Oversee LMS requests, perform data and curriculum analysis, and support system specifications to enhance learning delivery.
- Conduct research to explore new learning assets, methods, and vendor solutions, aiding strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline operations, reporting, and tracking activities.
- Support budget tracking, learner engagement analysis, and success evaluations aligned with annual L&D objectives.
- Manage escalations related to course functionality or exemption requests, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Proactively monitor risks and escalate issues impacting project timelines or quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or communications to management and broader teams to inform on project progress or findings.
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum of three years’ experience coordinating in the Learning & Development space.
- Strong ability to review, analyze, and interpret data, with proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel features like pivot tables.
- Proven experience creating impactful presentations for executive audiences.
- Expertise with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and initiatives.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance in deliverables.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or other automation and engineering tools.
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, Thursday anchor day).
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, in-office
- Duration: Starting February 2, 2026, with potential for extension and conversion.
- Travel: None required.
