Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Manager-Customer Segments and offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within scope, and deliver value to the organization. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of IT projects by working closely with senior project managers and technical teams.
- Assist in developing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, gather project updates, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Track project performance and escalate risks or issues proactively to ensure timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the management of project scope, timeline, and resources in line with project objectives.
- Help facilitate change management activities and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the onboarding of new project team members and assist with training as needed.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and techniques to improve project delivery processes.
Desired Skill-Set
- 1-3 years of experience in IT project support, coordination, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management environment.
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Prince2.
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services industry IT systems.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Prior exposure to change management or process improvement initiatives.
