Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Marketing Designer / Direct marketing / Financial to craft compelling visuals and interactive designs that engage target audiences and support strategic campaign objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a collaborative team, leveraging your design skills to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement through innovative marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in marketing design, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaign visualizations with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually engaging marketing materials, including digital assets, banners, email templates, and other creative content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual stories.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery that meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the creative process by providing input on layout, composition, color schemes, and overall visual consistency across various marketing channels.
  • Assist in the development of interactive, user-focused digital experiences that enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain adherence to branding standards and ensure all designs effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs and optimize visual impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to continually improve the quality and innovation of deliverables.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Proven experience in marketing or advertising design, ideally in financial services or high-volume direct marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience creating digital assets for campaigns, including email templates, web banners, and social media graphics.
  • Ability to understand and apply branding and visual identity standards consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with interactive design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret campaign briefs and translate them into innovative visual solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Knowledge of project management tools and workflows, such as Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of data-driven design influenced by analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience working in hybrid work environments and collaborating with remote teams.
