Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Payments
Project Manager – Vietnamese/Spanish. This position involves overseeing complex projects related to the Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) system, supporting multi-channel global currency conversions integrated with Visa and Mastercard networks. The role requires managing project scopes, budgets, and timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $79.71/hr – $95.65/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, plans, scope, and timelines efficiently
- Oversee project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing timely updates
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout planning processes
- Present project updates and progress reports to sponsors and senior management
Desired Skill-Set
- 10+ years’ experience in payment product design, build, testing, and release
- Strong knowledge of ISO 8583, Visa, and Mastercard protocols and systems
- Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in project financial tracking and budget management
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Azure/cloud technologies
- Ability to manage project budgets ranging from $5M to $10M
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical topics
- Highly organized, independent, and adaptable
Nice to Have
- Language skills in Vietnamese or Spanish
- POS system experience
