Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a PCO/BA- Mainframe/API who will be responsible for providing operational and process-related Intake support and analysis. This candidate must respect existing processes and standards including Intake management and requirement/project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture and escalating issues. The successful candidate will provide financial reporting and work on various Intake initiatives.


  • Clarity resource management including reporting and collaboration across multiple project teams
  • Project management
  • Financial management and reporting for portfolio, including forecasting, updating allocations and general governance
  • Define, document and translate high-level business requirements into high-level functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Estimate project efforts, identify risks and recommend mitigation measures, communicate activity status, as well as escalate and communicate possible issues.
  • Work with technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers and Architects) to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.

Desired skill set:

  • 2 years of knowledge of system analysis process and techniques
  • 2 years of knowledge of system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules
  • 2 years of experience with APIs and Mainframe systems
  • 2 years of proficiency in Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft suite of products particularly Excel
  • Commitment to applying advanced knowledge of business technology intake and delivery practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize plans, meetings, documentation and workflow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with different audiences concisely

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field such as IT management or computer science
