Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Process Architect who will be accountable for the development, deployment, and maintenance of process architecture standards across Wealth business processes. The position involves working in partnership with a high number of Wealth groups to ensure their feedback is incorporated in developing the process architecture and standards. These include but are not limited to: Lines of business, Operations, Business Architecture, Technology Solutions, others. The successful candidate will assist with planning, consulting and monitoring role responsible for working with diverse stakeholders to plan to guide the future state of Wealth processes

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Wealth process architecture standard/ model
  • Establish process standards and conventions
  • Create process frameworks and define the key end to end value chains
  • Measure adherence to the process standards
  • Develop and maintain Wealth Process Model, based on process-specific industry-standard; internal and external best practices.
  • linkages, control objectives, metrics/KPIs & maturity guidelines)Develop process architecture standards to bring consistency to process solutions (Policy, Standards, Process, Roles & Accountability, process automation, inter-process
  • Complete Industry research into both current and emerging process standards, assessing fit and potential benefits to Wealth operation Process Blueprints
  • Consult on documentation standards and documentation library management standards development requirements; and book of record for implemented process improvement
  • Collaborate with process owners to develop and maintain process blueprints, aligned with the process model; to operate as a guidebook for future process
  • Process Roadmaps & Process Improvement Planning
  • Collaborate with process owner/WPE relationship Managers in planning and defining process development roadmaps; which will guide process releases
  • Process Design / Standards Governance
  • Consuls on process design assuring process model alignment and design effectiveness
  • Attend Process Design Review Board assuring completeness of process design
  • Monitor both centralized and federated process engineering initiatives to assure application and compliance with defined standards
  • Conduct periodic process health checks against process blueprints to assess the integration of previous process investments

Desired Skill-Set:

  • Experience in developing and deploying standard enterprise-wide process methodology
  • Strong working knowledge and experience working with BPM tools like ARIS, etc
  • Knowledge of Wealth organization, services and a general understanding of related processes preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of impact and influencing skills
  • Have worked with Business process Management tools like ARIS, Blue works, provision, etc
  • Strong critical thinking- ability to decompose complex issues into manageable pieces
  • Ability to articulate ideas, share experiences and skills
  • Strong sense of urgency/ownership/ability to operate independently or as part of a larger team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Strong communicator, with excellent oral, written and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
  • Consulting background
  • Financial services background (Wealth is preferred)
