Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Product Owner-Commercial Banking/ Payments who will be accountable for advancing the agenda the Starting with Client’s customer journey including pre-sales, sales, onboarding, KYC, account opening etc. This candidate must have advanced collaboration skills to influence various levels of stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client’s leaders to define and communicate the Product vision
  • The candidate will need to be able to create and convince others of the product vision – proven hands-on experience is key, we will be less hung up on prior titles – for example, seeing Sr Business Analysts, Product Managers, Digital Leads, Onboarding Leads do well in transitions to a PO role, it’s about proven abilities and natural traits (brings people together, ability to sketch visions, understand the voice of the customer
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains across existing products via automation of business processes
  • Partner with Treasury, Deposit, and Product Managers to execute the product strategy and vision
  • Evaluate the most significant problems that face our commercial customers and work with design and architecture to develop and test solutions, supported by data
  • Experience in product development and implementation
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Desired skill set:

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Fenergo and Jira
  • A high level of curiosity, comfort with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to translate strategy, market trends, and customer needs into requirements and integrated, deployable feature sets.
  • Experience leading Agile teams and/or working in cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth experience in product strategy, and business case management.
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration and team skills with a focus on cross-group collaboration
  • Data-driven decision-making skills

Nice to have:

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial banking cash management, payments and receivables industry
