Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Program Manager-CMS/Banking. This position involves overseeing a large-scale website migration project for a prominent wealth management organization. The successful candidate will drive planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and execution to ensure a seamless transition of approximately 1,000 advisor websites to a new CMS platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables for website migration initiatives
- Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, change management, and training teams
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely delivery within budget
- Facilitate communication across all stakeholder groups to maintain alignment and transparency
- Oversee vendor onboarding, performance, and quality assurance processes
- Drive change management activities related to the migration process
- Provide regular status updates and governance reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements throughout the project
- Champion best practices in project delivery and continuous process improvement
Desired Skill-Set
- Over 10 years of Program or Project Management experience
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation or website migration projects
- Strong proficiency with MS Project or similar detailed planning tools
- Extensive vendor management expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively
- Experience navigating complex, regulated industries such as financial services or wealth management
- Excellent communication, governance, and risk management capabilities
Nice to Have
- Industry experience in Private Wealth Management or Investment Advisory
- Experience with marketing or digital platform implementation projects
- CMS platform migration experience (AEM, Broadridge, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.)
- Change management and training coordination skills
- PMP or relevant certification
- Experience with advisor-facing digital products or self-service websites
