Project Control Officer

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Project Control Officer who will ensure project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed and will assist in maintaining project schedule while developing and maintaining issue logs. This person will maintain project repositories of documents and prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs etc. The successful candidate will develop presentation documentation as required for project teams and consolidate program status reports. This individual will provide necessary detailed financial data to support the forecasting and tracking of capitalization and amortization while managing all financial status meetings for the program. The ideal candidate will provide support for invoice processing and manage process for all required updates to internal financial management tracking tools (e.g. EPM, Carpe Diem).
- 7 years experience in supporting Project Managers
- 6 years of experience in Financial Industry
- 4 years of experience with agile projects
- 6 years of PCO experience
Nice to Have:
- Worked in an Agile environment
- Prior Banking experience
- Previous experience working on Audit findings and gathering solutions.
