Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Project Manager- Capital Market/ Institutional Equities who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple work streams in IE space while ensuring that all changes adhere to the approved enterprise change governance standards. The successful candidate will have a high level of organizational awareness and demonstrated ability to effectively lead/manage projects with a wide breadth of cross-stakeholder impacts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with technology stakeholders including third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep IE domain and delivery experience and well-established senior stakeholder relationships to influence partners towards outcomes/solutions while ensuring an appropriate level of transparency, reporting and escalation
  • Responsible for managing all delivery aspects of projects including timelines, financials/budget, scope, governance, and management reporting
  • Structure and manage detailed end-to-end implementation plans, holding stakeholders accountable for progressing against established scope/timelines while providing timely and effective communication on project status, risks, issues, and findings to senior-level audiences
  • Facilitate detailed requirements discussions across stakeholder groups and promote optimal testing strategies and plans
  • Formulate recommendations regarding delivery/implementation approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort, resource availability, cross-program dependencies, and other implementation constraints
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-stakeholder group interdependencies
  • Ability to energize others and continuously implement new ideas and methods
  • Responsible for adherence to well-established enterprise change governance standards

Desired Skill Set:

  • 10+ years of previous PM experience in IE business, with proven end-to-end delivery experience
  • Solid exposure to Electronic and Equity Trading
  • Excellent experience in Capital Markets
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Project and Advanced Excel
  • Prior experience working with technology stakeholders including third-party suppliers
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills
  • Delivery experience background
  • Able to plan projects from beginning to end
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field

Nice To Have:

  • PMP Certification
  • CFA or FRM designation
