Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Purchase Coordinator- SAP Ariba who will be responsible for Quality assurance/quality control of due diligence tasks. The successful candidate must maintain effective relationships with internal/external business partners and/or suppliers.


  • Assist in the development of RFIs, RFPs, service level and negotiation documents
  • Support the sourcing team in executing the RFI/RFQ/RFP bid process
  • Support the sourcing team with Sourcing tools and systems
  • Develop and conduct supplier pricing analysis
  • Develop and conduct supplier evaluation analysis
  • Support the sourcing team in preparation for internal business and supplier meetings
  • Contribute to demand management and value optimization analysis activities as follows:
  • Analyze and produce high-quality category spending and savings analysis, compliance reports and commentaries
  • Research and analyze various category spend
  • Gather and analyze data relative to demand, spending and vendors to assist teams in making recommendations on vendor selection
  • Contribute to market intelligence activities to support category management strategies as follows:
  • Research supply markets and industry trends
  • Provide a range of application or systems analytical support to sourcing and business partners
  • Prepare appropriate recommendations and presentations based on research findings and analysis
