Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Data Analyst – Entry and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational analytics skills within a dynamic enterprise environment. This position involves supporting internal data reporting efforts, creating clear and accurate reports, and assisting with data validation to enable informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of data to support internal reporting initiatives
- Prepare and present analytical reports using PowerPoint and Excel, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Support data extraction and transformation to produce meaningful insights for business stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and refinement of reporting processes and standards
- Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc analytics requests and support ongoing data research projects
- Maintain data quality and integrity throughout all reporting activities
Desired Skill-Set
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform data validation, calculations, and transform raw data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms or reporting tools, preferably within a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with internal communications or enterprise platforms
- Exposure to data automation tools or advanced analytics methodologies
- Basic understanding of data visualization best practices
