Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Reporting Developer- Power BI/SAS who will be responsible for building, automating, and testing dashboards in Power BI. This individual will be working in a collaborative, professional, and friendly environment. The ideal candidate has a strong Power BI and SAS background, with experience in project management. The candidate must be organized, enjoys working independently and in a collaborative environment, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Intake practice with report mockup and developments
- Linking data within the dashboards (end-to-end process from intake to implementation)
- Participate in meetings and understand what the line of business requires
- Pulling from SQL databases and working with large sets of data from different platforms
Desired Skill Set:
- 3-5+ years of experience in data reporting analysis
- 3+ years of expertise in project management and financial background
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with coding and visualization
- Ability to work with large sets of data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
Nice To Have:
- Previous banking / FI experience
- Previous experience in programming
