Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Risk Analyst/Enterprise Risk who will be responsible for developing and operationalizing standards, policies and processes to identify, report and mitigate overall risk exposures within the business. This candidate will support ongoing risk measurement activities by acquiring, analyzing and reporting business operational or relevant loss data, and aggregating/escalating to appropriate areas. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Risk Analysis and expertise in coordination on projects between different levels within the organization


  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the business area
  • Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meet business needs, stay in sync with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities
  • Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate
  • Integrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions
  • Understand the industry, competition and the factors that differentiate the organization
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensures timely communication of issues
  • Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit

Desired Skill Set:

  • 3 years of experience as a Risk Analyst
  • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
  • MS Office Tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain strong working relations with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the areas of Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, or Enterprise Risk
  • Previous experience working in the financial or banking domain
