Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Senior Tester/Workday who will support the management of the Workday Learning setup process and provide subject-matter expertise to members of Talent Development, clients and business partners on the overall Workday Learning setup process. The ideal candidate will assist with the management of team capacity to ensure that all scheduled and ad hoc work is assigned and completed in a timely and accurate manner

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process activity set-up and other Workday Learning administrative requests submitted through the CRM and/or Learning Setup Workbooks (LSWs), following established process within the established timelines
  • Assist manager in the monitoring of established service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence to timelines, following up with external vendors and clients, logging issues and escalating to the manager, as appropriate
  • Assist manager with monitoring of activity set-up quality assurance (QA) constantly evolving the process to ensure accurate deployment and quality learner experience
  • Work with clients, TalDev partners, and external vendors to troubleshoot system and activity setup issues, advising on resolution, redirecting queries, as appropriate, or escalating to the manager, as required
  • Consult with TalDev partners on complex setups, audience and campaign setups, and provide support on Workday Learning functionality
  • Uploading and configuring courses on Workday Learning, as per the requirements in the Learning Activity Setup workbook
  • Validate, or work with an external vendor to validate, LMS functionality, as assigned, providing an update to the manager and TalDev team members, as required
  • Assist manager with building capability of TalDev team members, clients, and external partners by providing both coaching and formal instruction in Workday Learning setup process, LMS administrative activities and functionality, and issue troubleshooting
  • Proactively contribute to the development, generation, analysis and distribution of Workday Learning Admin team metrics, recommending improvements, as appropriate, and participating in the communication of those metrics within the Learning Operation and Analytics team, TalDev, and with business partners
  • Recommend new, or improvements to existing, Workday Learning Admin team processes, and participate in the documentation and communication of those processes to TalDev and internal and external business partners
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as per test plan; analyze and monitor variances to determine the impact on the project, and propose recommendations for addressing these variances as appropriate

Desired skill set:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Workday exp
  • Previous experience in testing
  • Working knowledge of LMS
