Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Digital Marketing Consultant – Intermediate. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and providing insights to optimize performance. The role offers a dynamic environment for cultivating your expertise and contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Pay rate range (CAD): $47.10 – $56.52/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop results-driven organic and paid digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram from planning to reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on integrated marketing initiatives
  • Develop engaging, compliant, and brand-consistent social-first creative content
  • Publish content across social media channels using appropriate management tools
  • Maintain brand standards and voice across all digital channels
  • Create training materials and provide guidance for social media best practices
  • Organize and support live social media events, creating real-time content and ensuring smooth execution
  • Analyze content performance, engagement metrics, and user data to recommend ongoing improvements
  • Contribute to regular performance scorecards and discuss results with stakeholders
  • Organize and archive reports and records within cloud-based repositories such as OneDrive and SharePoint

Desired Skill-Set:

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing channels and social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, HootSuite, Sprout Social)
  • Experience with social advertising platforms such as Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong organizational abilities
  • Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingual skills (French/English)
  • Relevant post-secondary educational background
  • Experience working within the financial industry
  • Design or creative skills, including video editing
