Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Agile Coach – CSM/ Banking/ Transformation who will be responsible for providing hands-on support, recommendations and guidance across Agile teams notably through executive, delivery leadership and team training. This candidate will regularly assess and calibrate team Agile fluency leveraging the enterprise framework including direct support of work mobilization activities. The ideal candidate is who can work with the team with management and leadership and team members reflect resume big enterprise transformation project experience

Responsibilities:

  • Engages appropriate stakeholders (including executives) to identify and manage required outcomes of projects for the business and active participation Performs training (e.g., towards IT & business leadership, or for Product Owners/Leads) for Agile teams, Delivery Leadership and Executives Observes and guides Agile Teams throughout the organization and through all phases of the Agile lifecycle Attends key ceremonies, reviews artifacts and interviews practitioners to check practices against the standard Agile calibration framework Identifies potential steps to accelerate and reach the next level of capability
  • Responds to inquiries from stakeholders at all levels in the organization (technical, business, Senior and Executive Management) and addresses/escalates concerns(e.g., Enterprise or Segment CoE)
  • Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders (e.g., IT, Business and Control functions and Agile project teams), as required regarding Agile best practices
  • Develop and support coaching plans for Agile teams, as well as team members Supports and develops the Scrum Masters to enhance their effectiveness and capability
  • Supports business and technology ownership to ensure their ability / agile competencies to complete key activities required for agile delivery, including roadmap and story map development and how those activities translate to traditional approaches such as functional decomposition and architectural alignment
  • Adheres to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for our business area
  • Ensures respective policies/practices are well executed, meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities
  • Drives project execution that is aligned to established cost, timing, deliverable and scope objectives
  • Adheres to enterprise governance to ensure that projects meet all the performance, quality and compliance standards and follow the approved methodology
  • Works directly with key stakeholders to remove impediments and help manage cross-Agile team dependencies
  • Shares accountability with Agile Coach (and CoE where applicable) for spreading best practices throughout the team and organization Collaborates with Product Owner(s), Technology Lead(s) and Team(s) on Sprint planning, impediment removal, and Team execution

Desired Skill Set:

  • 10 years of experience with Agile Methodology
  • 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
  • 4 years of experience working on Enterprise-wide transformational projects
  • Demonstrated leadership ability

Nice to have:

  • Agile Certifications such as SAFe certification, PMI ACP, Scrum alliance, certified Scrum master, IC Agile
  • Kankan Certification
  • Experience working in banking and finance industry domain
