Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Application Support Technical Analyst-SCM/Change/Incidents.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with MS, SAP applications, and SaaS on Azure cloud and Mainframe
  • Expertise in data transformation and data loading
  • Experience in managing incidents/changes while building relationships with adjacent teams
  • Hands-on support/development and administration
  • Understanding of architecture
  • Good high-level understanding of the solution
  • Able to engage the right support areas to troubleshoot issues
  • Works closely with the infrastructure team for changes and incidents
  • Understanding of how front-end, middle and back-end work together, upstream and downstream. Storage, compute, etc.
  • Understanding of solution design and can make sense of it
  • Proficient in Azure, SQL, Moody’s, C#, Mainframe, Confluence and ServiceNow
  • DevOps Certifications
  • Detail-oriented and high level of quality expectation
