Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Application Support Technical Analyst-SCM/Change/Incidents.
Desired Skill Set:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with MS, SAP applications, and SaaS on Azure cloud and Mainframe
- Expertise in data transformation and data loading
- Experience in managing incidents/changes while building relationships with adjacent teams
- Hands-on support/development and administration
- Understanding of architecture
- Good high-level understanding of the solution
- Able to engage the right support areas to troubleshoot issues
- Works closely with the infrastructure team for changes and incidents
- Understanding of how front-end, middle and back-end work together, upstream and downstream. Storage, compute, etc.
- Understanding of solution design and can make sense of it
- Proficient in Azure, SQL, Moody’s, C#, Mainframe, Confluence and ServiceNow
- DevOps Certifications
- Detail-oriented and high level of quality expectation
