Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Business Process Consultant – PMP/ Banking who will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the Branch Sales and Service Modernization team and guiding projects through business gating. This candidate will also be accountable for the delivery of ongoing and new  Digitization and Modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate has proven experience in planning, organizing and managing multiple projects concurrently with a capability to learn quickly on the job.


  • Develop comprehensive and effective plans for multiple Sales and Service Modernization projects
  • Provide leadership, control and direction in the monitoring and management of Sales and Service Modernization projects aligned to the department and strategic goals
  • Manage all activities throughout all phases of Sales and Service Modernizations projects from requirements gathering, forms rationalization, form design, build, test, deploy and support
  • Anticipate, identify, manage and resolve business and technical issues and risks
  • Develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies and recommendations
  • Coordinate with technical experts to develop solutions to complex business problems
  • Lead project stakeholder forums; monitor and report project status to senior management
  • Establish relationships with all project stakeholders, technology, vendor and consulting partners
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, consultants, developers, solution architects, vendors and other business and technical teams to successfully deliver on key initiatives
  • Provide business and technical leadership and guidance to project teams and consultants
  • Create work plans, assign and track work, establish priorities and monitor the quality of deliverables
  • Assist with learning and development plans and training of staff
  • Provide input into strategic and operational plans and assist in the development of recommendations and business cases

Desired Skill Set:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle e.g. Waterfall, Agile etc.
  • Proven experience in planning, organizing and managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to learn quickly on the job
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • General knowledge of business and IT architecture

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Previous consulting experience
