Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst who is well versed in agile processes and has worked in a contact center environment. The successful candidate will possess experience with Agile and managing multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior financial experience as well as experience in Contact Center, IVR environment.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile
  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple stake holder
  • 4 years of experience with Jira and confluence 
  • 4 + years of experience in user stores and MVP’s

Nice to Have:

  • Financial experience
  • Experience in Contact Center, Call Center, IVRs or Dialer solutions
