Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Communications Analyst who will be responsible for handling the creation of communications related to any internal changes or initiatives, as well as user guides and content for internal client portals. This candidate will provide leadership and create resources for employee-facing materials to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess all content and packaging requests in areas of responsibility to determine relevancy, appropriateness, pacing and sequencing, and alignment to business priorities
  • Liaise with employees at all levels/roles to maintain an understanding of requirements and key messaging.
  • Create change management plans to enhance the employee experience and ensure messaging is aligned with these plans.
  • Create content that is simplified, that anyone can understand and with an experience lens applied to everything crafted.
  • Creation of visual presentations that provide clear and simple messaging for audiences at all levels.
  • Proactively develop and manage content from key initiatives and projects, such as employee experience opportunities in support of Engineering and Technology Resiliency & Experience Operations groups. This includes change management strategy, key message development, vehicle selection, creation/writing/editing, packaging, production and distribution, and ensuring appropriate coordination and consolidation across initiatives and programs. This can include:
  • Online, email and in-hand employee communications
  • Deliver newsletters and leader toolkit content
  • Delivery of content via intranet and PowerPoint presentations

Desired skill set:

  • Expert experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer and SharePoint team sites.
  • Previous experience producing content, creating engaging employee resources and visually engaging presentations for executive audiences
  • An expert in the creation and management of technology content for various types of audiences with the primary focus on employee experience.
  • An effective and professional communicator at all levels of an organization, with an ability to package and present complex ideas in terms understood by audiences with various levels of technical acuity.
  • A leader in building change management strategies and plans for key and complex initiatives.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background and experience at a financial institution
  • Expert knowledge of change management research, planning, counsel, and measurement.
