Working with one of our top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Marketing Manager – Banking/Financial who will be responsible for marketing customer engagement strategy. The candidate will act as a marketing strategist to deliver acquisition marketing plans to support business objectives by working closely with partners across marketing, agencies and internal business partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication communications skills and organizational awareness to communicate difficult concepts, coordinate effectively with increasingly senior shareholders and integrate work with other areas. The candidate must possess robust organizational and team management skills to work with a team and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that meet business and marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Gather, integrate and interpret existing views of the target audience, including demographic, attitudinal, and behavioural data to create campaign kick-offs and briefs.
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans; understand market and growth drivers, create a vision of the market, channel, and segment potential, develop value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage and translate business strategies into marketing plans.
  • Deliver and monitor results; ensure stated objectives are delivered on plan and where required, take corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity.
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for respective business areas.
  • Act as Marketing Advisor for a business, typically leading or contributing on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Integrate knowledge of the enterprise sub-functions or business line’s overarching strategy in a complex field for developing solutions across multiple functions or operations.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensures timely communication of issues/points of interest.
  • Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit.
  • Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 7 years of experience working in marketing.
  • Experience working with end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with business, operational functions, methods and regulatory requirements to solve complex problems and develop new solutions.
  • Experience working with technical processes, procedures, tools and technologies and project management methodologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Marketing Management experience.
  • Experience working in the Financial industry.
