Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of niche-specific business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, executive sponsors, vendors, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives related to project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices throughout project lifecycle.
- Support change management efforts, including training and post-implementation review, to maximize project success.
