Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Production Support Consultant – Wealth and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team supporting critical wealth management systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and swift incident resolution. This position involves troubleshooting and maintaining vendor-based applications, primarily focusing on incident management, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level production support for Wealth Management applications, including incident troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Support and coordinate with vendor applications to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.
  • Manage change requests and tickets using ServiceNow and Jira, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during incident resolution, system upgrades, and data feed troubleshooting.
  • Support system upgrades, including communication and implementation of certification updates.
  • Troubleshoot data feed delays, failures, and FIX message flow issues across systems.
  • Participate in after-hours support on a bi-weekly basis, with compensation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and system stability.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure relevant to Wealth Management applications (coding not required).
  • Hands-on experience supporting wealth management or financial services applications.
  • Proven track record in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with ServiceNow and Jira for ticket and change management.
  • Ability to support and resolve issues related to system upgrades, data feeds, and message flow.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies in a financial services context.
  • Knowledge of FIX messaging protocols.
  • Experience with vendor application troubleshooting.
  • Previous exposure to system upgrade communication and implementation.
