Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Program Manager – Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting. This position is instrumental in overseeing complex technology initiatives within a dynamic banking environment, ensuring successful delivery aligned with regulatory standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive program management experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale data analytics and regulatory reporting programs from inception to completion
- Manage program scope, timeline, budget, and resources effectively
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, business SMEs, and technology teams
- Establish and maintain governance structures, protocols, and reporting dashboards
- Provide strategic guidance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Monitor program risks proactively, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
- Deliver consistent communication updates to sponsors, executives, and key stakeholders
- Oversee financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Support vendor management, RFP processes, and strategic sourcing activities
- Apply best practices in program life cycle methodologies, governance, and documentation
Desired Skill-Set
- 10+ years of program management experience in banking or financial institutions
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex technology projects with large budgets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience overseeing compliance-driven programs and regulatory delivery
- Excellent risk management and mitigation skills
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting frameworks within financial services
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity
- PMP or Scaled Agile certifications are assets
