Sr. Project Manager – Treasury Payment Solution

Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Sr. Project Manager – Treasury Payment Solutions who will oversee full lifecycle delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business project management, strong leadership capabilities, and proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities:

Lead projects end-to-end—from initiation through implementation—ensuring successful business outcomes, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input to support business decisions and long-term planning.

Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to advance project objectives and ensure alignment across business groups.

Identify emerging issues, trends, and strategic risks; conduct independent analysis to inform decision-making.

Help determine business priorities and optimal sequencing of execution to support organizational strategy.

Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and validate financial forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations throughout the project lifecycle.

Break down complex strategic problems, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

Monitor project performance, address issues, and produce both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

Socialize and execute change management plans, ensuring strong adoption and effectiveness.

Direct cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and up to 50 team members.

Lead vendor negotiations (with Strategic Sourcing) and oversee contract execution.

Own the project “cradle to grave,” ensuring all project artifacts and documentation meet enterprise standards.

Oversee all business, operational, and technology deliverables; ensure alignment with governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Manage interdependencies, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with sponsors and stakeholders; demonstrate accountability in resolving project issues.

Represent the project in governance forums, steering committees, and inter-department meetings.

Operate at an enterprise-wide level, providing expertise and guidance for senior leaders.
