Come and grow with us! BeachHead requires a Team Lead Recruitment, MSP to join our dynamic Financial/Banking MSP (Managed Service Provider) team. The ideal person will have prior experience with hands-on recruiting for IT/Non-IT roles within the Financial Services/Banking sector as well as experience with managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment. The primary responsibilities include managing a thorough recruitment strategy along with other Team Leads, and an opportunity to mentor coworkers. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Financial Services resource requirements along with excellent recruitment, multi-tasking, negotiation, communication, time management, relationship building and interpersonal skills.


  • Manage a thorough recruitment lifecycle for IT/Non-IT roles
  • Effectively Second-screen candidates based in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Coach and mentor the team of recruiters
  • Manage the entire job flow and approving the top-quality candidates to be presented to the clients
  • Maintain the client SLA requirements
  • Contact applicants for new contract opportunities and network with past applicants
  • Proactively source and build talent hubs for contract Financial Services/Banking Professional talent
  • Engage candidates over the phone and in-person
  • Acting as a BeachHead ambassador by promoting our company and our client’s values

Desired Skill-Set:

  • 4+ years of experience as an IT/Non-IT Financial Services (Banking) Recruitment Specialist with 2+ years of experience managing a team within an MSP environment
  • Strong understanding of resource requirements within the banking sector including roles/skillsets, rates/salaries
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills with the love of a fast-paced work environment
  • Mastery of all aspects of Team Lead Recruitment in an MSP environment or a similar capacity
  • Ability to manage various open positions, simultaneously
  • Proven Relationship Building Skills and ability to understand a candidate’s needs and their alignment with our clients
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management software
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Knowledge of Canadian labour legislation
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, as well as verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge and resume formatting skills)
  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Ability to connect with candidates and potential candidates including ‘headhunting’
