Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Technical Support Analyst – ServiceNow/CA7 who will be responsible for providing Level 1 support and utilizing programming methodologies. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and works well in a collaborative environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide stable operation and support of in-house batch processing and file transfer.
  • Provide routine technical advice and support to users and customers.
  • Assist users having trouble in issuing systems, products, and services.
  • Provide technical support including problem diagnosis, repairs, and setup.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Experience working in a Help Desk role.
  • Experience working in the Technology industry.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with CA7/Autosys.
  • Experience working with Service Now.
  • Experience working with xMatters.
  • Experience working with SLO/SLA monitoring.
  • Experience working with NDM, FTP, SFTP, and Tibco MFT.
  • Experience working with batch processing and mainframe batch processing such as Z O/S, TSO, JCL.
