Working with one of the top clients this role calls for a Training Consultant who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of training required to onboard a third-party operating system into Canadian Brokerage's eCommerce division. This candidate will be working with the implementation team and will develop and execute the eCommerce training plan that ties into the strategy of the organization and the overall company direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and integrate the training project plan, into the overarching project plan
  • Active participation in all project meetings
  • Conduct training needs assessments with operation leaders to identify performance needs and recommend the appropriate learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the materials provided by 3rd party for effectiveness
  • Create client-specific training materials, where needed to supplement 3rd party materials
  • Facilitate the delivery of training to the Canadian Brokerage eCommerce unit,
  • Post-implementation evaluates the effectiveness of training, in approach and material.
  • Prioritize and manage the updates required prior to handing them over to the client training team for ongoing maintenance and facilitation
  • Transition all material to the Learning Management System for long-term use
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Solid working knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to quality, detail, and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in a written context
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to interface with different functions and team members
