Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a UX Designer in Business Banking. This position involves creating user-centric digital solutions that enhance the banking experience for business clients, leveraging your expertise in design and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications to conceptualize and communicate design ideas
- Lead ideation sessions and pursue experience innovation to address complex business banking challenges
- Create sketches, storyboards, scenarios, and UX/UI assets to illustrate design concepts
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity and proper implementation of design intent
- Advocate for the end-user throughout all project phases, ensuring customer needs are prioritized
- Participate in customer research activities such as usability testing and observational studies
- Stay current with evolving design methodologies, trends, and best practices
- Present and discuss work effectively with stakeholders, incorporating constructive feedback
- Assist in shaping strategic experience design for ongoing and new initiatives
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UX Designer
- Proven proficiency with Figma (minimum 3 years), and familiarity with Axure and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and design principles
- Exceptional organization, logic, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex processes into simple, engaging customer experiences
- Skilled in creating sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards
- Experience designing dashboards and interfaces that adapt based on user roles and behaviors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI-driven tools for asset generation or transformation
- Participation in observational studies, usability testing, and comprehensive customer research
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and turning data into compelling visual stories
