Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Project Manager specializing in CRM deployment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $30.30/hr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of the Zoho CRM implementation project
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams
  • Manage daily standups with the implementation vendor to ensure smooth progress
  • Coordinate biweekly leadership and sponsor meetings to provide project updates
  • Conduct ad hoc discussions and issue resolution sessions with stakeholders
  • Oversee project schedules, identify risks, track budgets, and report on progress
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business expectations and objectives
  • Support internal communication strategies to promote user adoption
  • Coordinate change management activities, including PROSCI assessment efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across team members and external partners
  • Act as the primary liaison between sponsors, stakeholders, and the vendor
  • Provide consistent project visibility through reporting to leadership
  • Assist in socializing project management best practices within the team

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5–10 years of Project Management experience, including IT implementation projects
  • Proven success leading medium-sized CRM or similar technology deployments
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing third-party relationships
  • Ability to operate effectively in a flexible, less structured environment
  • Skilled in status reporting, risk mitigation, and budget management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Influence and guide business stakeholders confidently
  • Experience supporting organizational change and user adoption initiatives
  • Business-facing communication style with a diplomatic approach

Nice to Have

  • CRM implementation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics)
  • PMP or other PMI certifications
  • Familiarity with PMI and SDLC methodologies
  • Exposure to PROSCI or formal change management frameworks
  • Industry experience in real estate, leasing, or REITs
