Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Salesforce Marketing Campaign Analyst – Targeted Campaigns. This position involves supporting and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and data activation to drive impactful results and improve campaign performance.

Pay rate range (CAD): $57.42/hr – $68.90/hr

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and measure high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide analytical insights and guidance to stakeholders to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Develop and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, including building audiences and filtering in Salesforce CDC.
  • Build and deploy campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, including development of journeys, templates, forms, and automated triggers.
  • Configure audience entry, exit, and re-entry criteria to align with campaign objectives.
  • Oversee journey planning, technical reviews, and quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain modular, responsive campaign templates that adhere to brand standards.
  • Perform QA testing to verify content rendering across devices and segment accuracy.
  • Manage and segment audience data utilizing Marketing Cloud tools such as data extensions, filters, APIs, and queries.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues related to rendering, links, accessibility, and subscriber data.
  • Utilize scripting languages like AMPscript and HTML to enable personalization and dynamic content.
  • Provide training and best practice guidance to team members on SFMC capabilities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to meet campaign deadlines and objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns through ongoing analysis and performance review.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and maintain control environments to mitigate risks.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Minimum of 3+ years of SQL experience, capable of understanding and writing complex queries.
  • At least 2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation and campaign management experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, campaign concepts, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and dynamic content scripting.
  • Experience creating dynamic, personalized campaigns using AMPscript and SQL.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations such as CASL is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Python scripting experience.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Administrator, Developer, Email Specialist).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Prior experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
