Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Product Delivery Analyst – Retail Banking. In this position, you will be key to driving the end-to-end development and delivery of impactful banking products and services within the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence for P&BB Canada. You will collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to translate customer insights and strategic priorities into tangible solutions that enhance customer experience and generate revenue growth.

Pay rate range (CAD): $47.10/hr – $56.52/hr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and launch of banking products and services aligned with strategic goals
  • Evaluate customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, leveraging design thinking principles
  • Assist in creating strategic plans by identifying emerging trends and articulating long-term implications
  • Maintain awareness of core product systems, technology architecture, and market trends relevant to solution delivery
  • Oversee testing processes including QA, UAT, and end-to-end testing to ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, manage vendor relationships, and drive team influence
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and prioritize enhancements
  • Partner with regulatory and compliance functions to effectively manage risks and ensure solutions meet risk controls
  • Document business processes and support materials for transition to business-as-usual teams

Desired Skill-Set

  • Extensive experience in developing and delivering high-impact banking products/services
  • Proven experience in product management, including design, profitability, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong understanding of retail banking environments with a multi-channel, digital, and emerging technology focus
  • Familiarity with core product systems and technology architecture evolution
  • Knowledge of design thinking and ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative customer data
  • Analytical and financial acumen to support business case development and decision making
  • Track record of managing complex projects within tight deadlines, using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities
  • Customer-centric approach with results-driven mindset

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a financial institution or major bank environment
  • Ability to synthesize industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and controls
