Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Lead DeskSide Support – Contact Center. This position involves providing comprehensive end-user support in a Microsoft-centric environment, supporting a primarily remote workforce with some onsite responsibilities, ensuring efficient technology operations and user satisfaction.

Pay rate range (CAD): $35.00/hr – $40.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and remote support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office suite
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access requests
  • Support security protocols such as permissions, MFA, device compliance, and account administration
  • Assist with internal and customer-facing application troubleshooting and support payment processing systems
  • Coordinate incident resolution, service requests, and user issue tracking
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting activities accurately
  • Support meeting room technology and basic AV systems
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external contacts to facilitate technology improvements and upgrades
  • Support operational initiatives and participate in technology enhancement projects

Desired Skill-Set

  • Strong experience in deskside and end user support
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Office applications
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and applications
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop support and device management
  • Familiarity with user administration, security, MFA, and access management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a small team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable with the ability to support remote and onsite users

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting payment processing systems
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune or endpoint management platforms
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Support experience with AV and meeting room technology
  • Experience working within managed services or consulting environments
