Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Content Quality Assurance & Auditor. This position involves ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of digital campaigns—including emails, SMS, web pages, and automated customer journeys—developed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and DataCloud. The role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end campaign processes within a leading financial institution, supporting a growing team dedicated to delivering impactful client communications.

Pay rate range (CAD): $61.10/hr – $73.32/hr

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate emails, SMS, web pages, and journey assets against quality standards
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities for digital campaigns
  • Approve sign-off of digital assets post-validation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation of checklists, standards, and quality parameters
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout project cycles
  • Identify, document, and analyze defects or inconsistencies in campaigns or assets
  • Recommend solutions and facilitate resolution of recurring issues
  • Monitor and recommend process improvements to streamline QA workflows
  • Review feedback from clients and end-users to enhance quality standards
  • Troubleshoot issues within campaigns to maintain development timelines

Desired Skill-Set

  • 2+ years’ experience in email/web development testing, campaign execution, or quality assurance
  • Proven ability to test emails, websites, mobile applications, and automation workflows using various tools and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with defect tracking and workflow management systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Workfront)
  • Proficiency with automated testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid, DiffChecker) and web testing platforms (e.g., SauceLabs, BrowserStack)
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing to meet WCAG 2.0, AODA, and web accessibility guidelines
  • Workfront experience or equivalent project management platform (e.g., JIRA)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SQL) and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Prior role as a campaign developer or QA analyst in a marketing environment
  • Bilingual in English and French
