Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Application Analyst. The successful candidate will support the configuration and automation of Workday Recruiting and Talent modules, collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts, and thrive in an agile environment to ensure seamless HR process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Recruiting and Talent modules based on finalized requirements from BSAs
- Participate in design and informational sessions alongside Product Owners to understand business needs and automation flows
- Demonstrate Workday product features and configurations to stakeholders
- Analyze tenant configuration and process automation to support informed business decisions
- Break down work into stories and tasks in Jira, track progress, and manage capacity in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with BSAs to refine documentation and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Address questions related to AI models within Workday Recruit (excluding vendor-side configuration)
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum of 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday modules (no coding required)
- 1+ year of experience with Workday Recruiting
- 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira for project tracking
- Familiarity with Workday Talent module and associated AI models
- Ability to demo Workday product capabilities and articulate business process flows
Nice to Have
- Workday Pro Certification
- Experience supporting documentation and requirement refinement with BSAs
- Knowledge of Paradox or HiredScore platforms
