Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Program Manager – Digital Assets Platform/Banking. In this highly strategic position, you will partner directly with senior executives to oversee a portfolio of digital asset and emerging technology initiatives. Your expertise will enable alignment between business and technology priorities, ensuring successful execution of complex programs without being involved in day-to-day project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior executives to define program objectives and strategic alignment
- Manage multiple program workstreams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate progress and risks
- Lead strategic planning, governance, and prioritization activities for digital asset initiatives
- Influence senior business leaders and stakeholders through effective communication and consultative approaches
- Oversee project financials, managing portfolio budgets and resource allocations
- Drive collaboration across technology and business teams to meet strategic goals
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise executive summaries
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices for digital programs
