Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Manager- Client Segment Strategy & Execution. In this position, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across key client segments, focusing on enhancing client engagement, satisfaction, and overall business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Pay rate range (CAD): $57.97/hr – $69.57/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing segment strategies to support growth and client retention.
- Support the analysis of client and market insights to identify opportunities for enhanced engagement.
- Contribute to designing differentiated client experiences in collaboration with various teams.
- Coordinate execution of segment initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on segment performance using key metrics and analytics.
- Assist in preparing reports, business cases, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support partnership development initiatives to create mutual value.
- Help manage budgets and resources allocated to segment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with governance and risk management processes.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
