Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a SRE/Production Support-Wealth Management. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting production applications in the Wealth Management division, ensuring system availability, troubleshooting incidents, and driving operational excellence across critical financial systems.
Pay rate range (CAD): $54.35/hr – $65.22/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for business-critical applications and services.
- Monitor system health, application performance, and data flows.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Support deployments, operational readiness, and change activities.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.
- Contribute to knowledge repositories, support documentation, and process improvements.
Desired Skill-Set
- 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise production applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering practices.
- Proficiency with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with tools such as Feed Hub, AutoSys, ServiceNow (ITSM), Confluence, Jira.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Wealth Management domain knowledge.
- Experience in banking or financial services environments.
