Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Wealth Operations Associate – Transfer Processing. This position involves supporting day-to-day operational activities within a dynamic team environment, handling outbound client calls, and updating internal systems to ensure accurate transfer processes. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $34.54/hr
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to financial institutions to facilitate client transfers
- Update and maintain internal systems with accurate information
- Follow up promptly to meet daily operational targets
- Manage data entry tasks, including updating in-house systems and working with imaging and case management software
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless processing
- Participate in daily huddles and team communications to stay aligned on objectives
- Maintain high attention to detail and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skill-Set
- Operations experience in banking or financial services (1-2 years)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- High technical aptitude with proficient Excel skills, including macros
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional interpersonal skills suitable for client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Call centre experience
- Familiarity with FI Wealth systems, including ISM, EIS, and Ticketing
- Banking industry background
- Bilingual in French and English
- Previous experience with macros and automation tools
