Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Learning Consultant/Procurement. This position involves developing and maintaining engaging training content related to procurement platforms and processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement stakeholders to create high-quality learning resources, including courses, job aids, instructional videos, and documentation to support the effective use of procurement tools such as ZIP, Coupa, and Archer.
Pay rate range (CAD): $66.99/hr – $80.38/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
- Create and produce instructional videos and other training resources to enhance learner engagement.
- Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor content accordingly.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for procurement platforms, including ZIP, Coupa, and Archer.
- Review existing documentation for necessary updates reflecting system or process changes.
- Assist in change management activities to promote user adoption.
- Track and document content updates using Excel and other tracking tools.
- Analyze data and reconcile documentation updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Desired Skill-Set
- 3-5 years of experience developing training materials, process documentation, and job aids.
- Proven experience creating engaging learning content, including videos and e-learning courses.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office 365, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting procurement platforms such as ZIP, Coupa, or Archer is highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and understand business requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zip, Coupa, or Archer platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Agentic.
- Knowledge of Power Automate or Articulate 360 Rise.
- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
- Procurement industry experience.
