Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate-Wealth Management. This position involves supporting high-volume transaction processing within the banking sector, ensuring accuracy, adherence to SLAs, and providing excellent back-office support to the wealth line of business.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.88/hr
Responsibilities
- Handle cash in and cash out requests for the wealth division.
- Process transaction requests across various banking applications.
- Manage high-volume processing tasks with timely and accurate execution.
- Ensure compliance with SLA targets and performance trackers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues.
- Review documents with high attention to detail.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
Desired Skill-Set
- 2-4 years of banking or financial services experience.
- Customer service background.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience managing large data sets and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in high-volume transaction environments.
- Familiarity with wealth or investment banking products.
- Prior experience supporting SLA-based operational roles.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
