Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Technical Lead – (Payments/ Credit Cards).
Desired Skill Set:
- 10 years of experience in the IT industry with strong technical knowledge and leadership.
- Deeply understands solution implementation and delivery, acting as the technical backbone of the team.
- Owns and communicates technical designs, ensuring clarity and alignment across architecture teams.
- Takes full technical ownership of projects, working cross-functionally to identify and address issues with enough expertise to avoid being misled by surface-level explanations.
- Possesses a modern technical stack understanding, from full-stack development to API integration and cloud technologies.
- Committed to end-to-end delivery, with a mindset rooted in accountability, quality, and strategic execution.
