AI Tech Lead(Java/Python/Chatbots)

Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an AI Tech Lead(Java/Python/Chatbots).
Desired Skill Set:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficient in Python or Java.
- Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Strong knowledge of complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning or generative AI models (e.g., GPT).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (OpenShift experience is a plus).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based products, preferably in chatbots or conversational AI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
