Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Senior IT Scrum Master – Agile Delivery & Infrastructure Projects who has a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and execution best practices use to tackle the complex problems delivery teams face for technology initiatives.
Desired Skill Set:
- 5 years of proven experience in delivering scaled agile projects
- 5 years of experience working in a Risk Management role
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- 5 years of expertise in Scaled Agile
- Experience working in the Canadian banking regulatory
- Excellent communication skills (to communicate with executives & Stakeholders)
