Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Technical Product Owner (CRM Applications) who will play a critical role in managing and enhancing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, including Clarify. This candidate will lead Agile practices, manage backlogs, oversee release processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for CRM applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategy.
  • Own the product backlog by creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to define and deliver product requirements.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee Release Management processes, coordinating planning, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement while driving solutions forward.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 2+ years of significant experience as a Technical Product Owner, preferably with Clarify or other CRM applications.
  • Agile certification required (e.g., CSM, CSPO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including writing/managing user stories and backlog management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Release Management processes (planning, coordination, deployment).
  • Proven experience working in large enterprise organizations managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills; a true self-starter and go-getter.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of SQL and other BI tools.
  • Prior financial services or banking industry experience.
