Working with one of our top financial clients, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives targeted at external retail clients. This is a high-impact role ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at the intersection of digital platforms and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with hands-on experience in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of digital marketing campaigns and platform deployments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, compliance, IT, digital) to deliver project goals.
- Oversee the execution of SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Manage and optimize digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, CRM systems) to support marketing objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal governance policies.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing status updates to executive stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign and platform performance; deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
- 5–7+ years of project management experience in digital marketing or digital platform deployment.
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, email, analytics).
- Experience managing digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, CRM, marketing automation systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven executive presence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong executive presence; able to engage with VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with ability to connect initiatives to long-term business goals.
- Proactive, consultative approach with strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
